Australia’s construction sector has declined for the 33rd consecutive month as apartment and commercial construction activity continued to fall.

The Australian Industry Group (Ai Group) and Housing Industry Association’s (HIA) performance of construction index for February rose 9.4 points to 45.6 - the slowest rate of contraction since mid-2010.
