The prime ground is obviously around SIRs actual Nova that is the prime A1 real estate

The parties adjacent to SIRs Nova which is the prime ground are Creasey on either side BOA to the north and MAT to the South each with market caps of $35m-$50m


However Id say the next best lot of real estate is those around SIRs new EM conductor to the west of Nova as I think SIR are the best placed to replicate their Nova discovery

The parties adjacent to SIRs new EM target west of Nova circled in Red are RMR/Regency to the west Creasey to the East and ENT to the South

ENT is capped at $35m RMR $3m

RMR/Regency are yet to complete the deal which is why the market may be hesitant but anything sub $15m for those grounds is too cheap on a peer basis imo
