INTRODUCTION: Ramelius Resources Limited (RMS) is a gold mining and production
which operates two main projects, Wattle Dam Gold Mine and Mt Magnet Gold Mine,
in Western Australia. RMS also holds a portfolio of exploration and development
projects located in Australia and USA.

WATTLE DAM GOLD MINE: The project is located approximately 25 km SW of Kambalda
in the Eastern goldfields of WA and is prospective for gold. The mine was
commenced as an open-pit operation in March 2006 and underground mining in May
2009. For FY12, gold production was 162,784t @ 8.13g/t Au for 42,538oz Au.

MT MAGNET GOLD PROJECT: The project is located 600km NW of Perth in the
Murchison region of WA. The mine was commenced open put gold mining in
September 2011 and started milling ore in February 2012. For FY12, gold
production was 518,716t @ 0.69g/t Au for 11,576oz Au. Currently, this project
has 6 years mine life. As at June 2012, the project had total resources of
38.22Mt @ 2.3g/t Au for 2.81Moz Au and total reserves of 10.13Mt for 529,000oz
Au. In addition, RMS focuses on mine planning and development at Western Queen
South, located 90km of Mt Magnet. The deposit is identified a probable reserve
of 182,000t @ 3.9g/t Au for 23,000oz Au.

VIVIEN GOLD PROJECT: The project, recently acquired in October 2012, is a gold
project located near Leinster in WA. It has an indicated resource of 579,000t @
8.3 g/t Au for 154,000 oz Au. This project is an open pit then underground
mining project. RMS plan to drilling, mining study and develop in 2013.
