Hi Ladyluck, this bananna playing with it, will hopefully get caught out if an ounce of speculation that Heathgate/Quasar are to make a bid for the remaining 25% share that AGS hold of the mine or if during the legal process the courts award AGS with the full 100%.

Either option will see the sp at multiples of current levels.

The next hearing is this Friday re document disclosure, etc....

At the end of the day, AGS believe they have a strong case and maybe have a sniff of something, if that were true and Heathgate/Quasar get wind of it, expect a takeover price to be put forward.

At the same time, AGS can pull back on this appeal, being the plaintiff.
