Jokes aside....
after employing folk all my life and having friends in business,it is,I say IT IS,really,really hard to find good staff.
And I think you will find that is the problem....and guess what is worse,it is the owner of the business that cops it!
And that very owner is the one thats left with the headaches,as much as the customer or investor.
