It may be a day to start picking up some bargains.
I wrote on the PEN thread that PEN may be approaching buy levels. They are mainly doom and glooom over there at the moment because the SP has been hit pretty hard. I find thats not a bad time to start looking at the share.
I sold out of PEN north of 6 cents in Feb and buying in the low 3's looks pretty good for me. I will have a tight stop loss in place though!
