Col, that's a tough situation to be in. Mate it's hard to offer advice on what to do, expecially when you are down 70%, but it sounds like
1. You don't have any blue chips
2. All the stocks you have are specs.
If it's number 2, selling now might cause more heartaches especially if another pump comes around and you miss it. My suggestion is to review the chart. It's uncanny how some stocks seem to rise at the same time every quarter or year. All you need to do is be prepared from when that rise comes in, and quickly exit. The mistake you shouldn't make (and one I have made in the past), is to see a pump come around, and you keep holding thinking the price is going to the sky, only to see it back where it started from.
