    Hi again LL, posted this earlier in the morning about AGS re ITOCHU strategic alliance -

    "40% of the company will be bought for not less than $210 million?" if this is true, on calculations this equates to 92c/share ??? please explain...

    any thoughts or other calculations, welcome to put forward.
