    US DOW probably is toppy.

    I just read last night, China halts US$6 trillion ubalisation project (basically to build/rebuild infrastruture or houses for small towns or villages) because the government worries about increasing debt level on province level. Also, the house burble starts bursting.

    It is good time to buy bio share, Motley Fool also just released a new issue to buy a BIO related company.

    PXS is way oversold, from $1.25 down to now.
