About time, he has made it all about him, saying things like "they need to resign me or else it will just distract all the players" and then bagging out the board and saying "half of them don't walk". Not exact quotes but something along those lines. Also the club has gone from 6th to 18th in the 3 seasons he has been there. He has made the list changes that haven't worked. The list has changed dramatically and not for the best.
