There isn't much comparable to CKK on the market - do you value it as a tech or industrial, or mix of both ?
@Assumpta the 100M of volume yesterday would not be clueless to the fact more shares are to be issued. I'm guessing they don't care and are chasing stock due to MD going to Houston this week to present and anticipation of a deal
Even fully diluted, a JV to produce 10M pounds of proppant with funding (milestone 3), surely values them at $50M
