Short to med term play on gold stocks is possible here. The uncertainty surrounding the British exit will keep support for precious metals alive if nothing else. That same macro economic event is also likely to delay a rate rise by the fed and some even state it would be irresponsible of the fed to raise rates prior to knowing the outcome of that vote. If US interest rate rises are delayed that is also positive for gold hence short term upside from this sold off position is almost a given.
