no they don't. it was taken to 20c with very little money then sold off hard from a very high base to traders that kept thinking it would bounce at some point so they kept entering but never did.there were also plenty of onscreen tricks taking place. it will take a major effort for it to rise from here because volumes are way underwater and they will just want out
