    PSY was extreme. However the OGY was trading yesterday whole day around 2.2c~ 2.4c then it was pumped to 2.8c in the last half hour of trading yesterday to open strongly at 3.2c pushed to 3.4c and then dumped to 2.6c on huge volume. So you may see it differently but for me it is a P&D on small scale but not comparable to PSY of course.
