The media spin is that the latest German Bond Auction wasn't fully taken up as opposed to what? I think the last 7 or 8 German Bond Auctions were flops also. None of those were fully taken up either and their Central Bank always took up the difference as they did this time. So yeah, the take up was the lowest since 1999 but its good to see the media keeping things in perspective, not!
