To be clear.
My understanding is there were 892mio qualifying GCN Shares. P1 is being distributed at 0.1513 shares per GCN share. So approx 135mio P1 shares.
IF valuation is 30c (which at the moment is just the face value) that would give a MC of about $40.5m.
Pls correct if wrong as the above back and forth with bassy and SRF confused me.
