hi Troyboy, yes I held a small parcel of mgr for years, it went nowhere despite wonderful developments, sold couple of years back for well over $2.. just hovers, the divi ok but only ok... if I had got in at some very small price I would have held it but it is like everyone happy to keep the price at current levels for years now, good luck, I do think it is a great company, but if you are looking for a quick trade??? nup.. of course I may be very wrong and with the Sydney property mkt atm, who knows what could happen?
