Had a mate in hospital once, and they were feeding him a cup of tea,

using a funnel and a piece of hose, inserted into his rear end.

Poor bugger was yelling and screaming, and squirming around, and

the nurse said "Sorry, is it too hot, and mate said no, not enough sugar !".

# It sounded funny 50 years ago, and I have only just crawled out of bed.

# Well done with the nursing, just a smile and a quick chat from anybody,

while you are in hospital, is more beneficial than a handful of painkillers.
