My opinion is that Market is keeping CDV high market cap of over $120m in consideration rather than only 34c, 40c or 60c of SP. Market seems to be finding market cap higher than what they have announced so far and so trying to take it back to realistic valuation based on known information.
Until then guessing bottom may not work at all.
I am on sidelines for now with one small loss earlier in the day.
