Syria....Early days but looks like the West IS starting to get it's act together and assist.Can you believe it,the US and Russia agreeing....AMAZING.

The United Nations Security Council has unanimously approved an agreement to eliminate all of Syria's chemical weapons.
"Today's historical resolution is the first hopeful news on Syria in a long time," UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said.

IRAN

The US and IRAN are talking....the first time since the late 70's.....A thawing of relations here would be good for all of us.

Breaking a third-of-a-century diplomatic freeze, President Barack Obama and new Iranian President Hassan Rouhani spoke by telephone on Friday and, in a historic shift from years of unwavering animosity, agreed to work toward resolving their deep dispute over Tehran's nuclear efforts.
