Jacka Resources Limited (JKA) is an oil and gas exploration company which is
committed to increasing shareholder value through acquisition, exploration and
development of oil and gas projects in Australia, Tunisia and Nigeria and other
parts of Africa.

WA-399-P (15%), WA: The Permit is located on the Northern Offshore Carnarvon
Basin and more specifically within a prospective sector of Exmouth sub-basin,
some 52km north of the Exmouth Peninsula and the town of Exmouth. The Project
Operator is currently processing 3D seismic acquired in the early part of 2011
with a view to maturing prospects to drill ready status.

BARGOU BLOCK (15%), TUNISIA: The Bargou block is located within the Pelagian
Basin and covers an area of 4,616km2 with predominantly offshore prospects and
leads. The JV are currently preparing to drill the Hammamet West-3 well in 2nd
half 2012 which will be the 3rd well into the Hammamet structure which contains
between 111 and 213m barrels and 2C Contingent Resources.

NIGERIA (5%): Jacka holds a 5% net revenue interest in the Aje oil and gas field
offshore Nigeria in the West African Transform Margin (WATM). The Aje field
contains in excess of 200m barrels of 2C contingent resources and has been
declared commercial by the JV Partnership. The Aje field has had 4 wells drilled
into it with wells Aje-2 and Aje-4 available for use in future developments.

TANZANIA (100%): Jacka finalised negotiations with the Tanzania Petroleum and
Development Corporation for oil and gas exploration and production rights over
the entire Ruhuhu Basin, an onshore area of some 8,500km2. The Production
Sharing Agreement has been agreed with the TPDC and is now subject to
Ministerial approval.

SOMALILAND (50%): The Odwayne block with an area of some 22,000km2, lies in the
south west of Somaliland, covers the whole of the Odwayne Basin, one of three
genetically-related, en-echelon Jurassic rift basins in the Horn of Africa that
are the continuations of the prolific Jurassic rift basins of Yemen. Yemen and
the Horn of Africa and the Jurassic rift basins were originally part of the same
geological province but were separated by the opening of the Gulf of Aden in
more recent times.
