There is truth in both of your opinions...

PNN could definitely be traded without reading the announcement, simply by running with the volume and momentum. I think anybody would agree with that.

But it needs to be a genuine, seat of the pants, don't leave the screen for a second type of trade where you are in and out in a matter of minutes...IMO

On the other hand if you were looking to buy and hold for more than just a "snapshot" then you'd probably be wiser to read the announcement.
