Some share price moves to keep an eye on in the market:
ASTON RESOURCES (AZT) up 12c to $10.18: Has entered a conditional agreement with J-Power Australia for the sale of a 10pc stake in the Maules Creek Project for $370m.
NOBLE MINERAL RESOURCES (NMG) down 5.5c to 58c: Raised $34.1m through a share placement at 55c to institutional and sophisticated investors.
SYNERGY METALS (SML) up 6c to 17.5c: Rarely traded stock. Last announcement was an update on drill results from the Glen Wills and Sunnyside gold projects at Mt Wills in eastern Victoria on September 15.
RED FORK ENERGY (RFE) up 2.5c to 45.5c: Confirmed a very large reservoir in the Tahara #1-28H well, Pawnee, Oklahoma, USA.
MOOTER MEDIA (MMZ) up 0.2c to 0.6c: Signed a $US15m funding agreement with La Jolla Cove Investors to help it rapidly commercialise, market and launch its proprietary ImageSocial photography platform.
FOCUS MINERALS (FML) up 0.1c to 6.2c: Lifted annual revenue 39pc to a record $102.8m from $73.7m in FY10 and net cash from operating activities rose 11pc to a record $30.3m from $27.8m after a year of transformation but net profit was $7.6m, down from $10.9m.
ELDERS (ELD) down 1c to 28c: Has forecast an underlying net profit of $1-5m for FY11, exclusive of mark-to-market adjustments. This reflects the reallocation of results from Forestry, Elders Toepfer Grain and the MV Torrens, and recent trading results.
DYESOL (DYE) up 5c to 35c: Has bounced back from recent selling. Released its annual report on Friday.
