Great report as always HLL.
Current "level of geopolitical risk" is nothing compared to when the more sophisticated US weapons the Saudi's are currently sending to Syrian rebels start bringing down Russian fighter jet/bombers. Russia cannot lose in this situation. They either win militarily and wind up with more influence in middle east or the whole thing goes haywire and the price of their oil goes through the roof.
