    I called CEL at 7c

    Hugely bullish chart

    company changing ann this week

    leases about to be granted in SA

    yes they need cash

    but wil be well over 10c before they do a CR imo

    CEL is set for a massive week next week imo

    9c is looking imminent

    then I believe she will head to 15c shortly thereafter based on my analysis
