Google ads offers a ad targeting method called Remarketing.
Basically targets particular ads to particular people based on a number of indicators.
One of those indicators is if the user has visited the website or websites similar to the destination of the ad in question.
Eg. if you visit "Rex's Motorcycles" website and he is using remarkiting youll probably see Rex's Motorcycles ads start popping up
