MOY: There has been a seller for a few weeks unloading in the high twos. Is it being propped to dump or to accumulate? 4b shares on issue with 1.5b 3c listed options to expire in Jan 13 - perhaps will get a nice pump into year end on back of plant commissioning to ensure oppies are nicely in the money?
