or sale of the Satellites in whole or in part. PCF Capital Group (?PCF?) has been appointed as
corporate advisor to assist IOH with the process. It is anticipated that the process will continue
until late Quarter 3 CY2011, after which IOH will make further decisions on the preferred
development model for the Satellites.
