If it is T2 dump then why did people mention it happening on other stocks like GXY?
Maybe the MSCI guys wrote to the T2 guys and said we want 12million shares but if we buy them now we will send the SP to $1+ can you please out this sell order in at this price and we will buy at that price allowing you guys to make back a fair amount of capital and allowing us to buy our shares under 70c
