What makes you think they are putting "a hold" on Phase 2...?? Lynas is not putting hold on Phase 2 ..the way i understand it...

Just like phase 1 this is how long it will take them to ramp up to capacity ..(a few months)...
..as i said the majority of phase 2 8500tpa has been pre sold...(not an agreement to market) with the remainder 2500tpa in line with customer demand...
