‘Show me the sales contract details over Ph2 production?’

I believe you make a regular habit of informing your ‘subjects’ when they ask (as it appears to me, drowl questions) in relation to ‘where are the sales contacts’, ‘who are the customers’, etc… in ad nauseum by responding and sorry I have to para phrase here, something along the lines of –

It’s called ‘client/customer confidentially, information is market sensitive, conflict of interest’ and a list of other monarchical barrages.

Please, remember when you request your subjects to FESS UP, that you are the one who makes the above statements in your posts.

From my memory, I do remember that P2 was discussed at the last Quarterly and I do remember reading that it would be subject to customer demand.

Clearly the ramping up of both P1 and P2 of the Lamp are subject to customer orders. Now I do remember from one of the quarterly’s being told that customers will not be disclosed due to client confidential when someone asked about pricing of the product, or that may have been sent to me in an email, but I do remember that bit of information. Hence, I have never personally asked that question in this forum.

It does bring me on, (a strange use of words) to a subject which is of great interest to me… That is Duncan?
Rebuild Markets and Expand Product Offering….

It would be very interesting to see if the company (LYC) is working with our beloved CSIRO and small specialist arms makers on uses of HREE’s from Duncan to establish a Specialists Arms Industry here in Australia utilising our vast array of HREE’s deposits. After all, the specialist arms industry is a boutique industry, and we do have incredible scientists in this country and would be a way of

Rebuilding our Manufacturing Industry, provide a forum which would provide focus back on Australia, as a centre of excellence.

It’s my opinion that LYC should be trying to create and expand opportunities for Australian manufacturing and industry. We have clearly seen what happens when we go overseas, now haven’t we. CSIRO being Australian Govt owned would provide the perfect forum for getting Govt on board and to regulate how information develop can be exported and were to. We know what happens when technology is sold off to foreign companies, GM’s ‘Magnequench’… Now china has 90% of the world’s magnet market.

So, is there any news on this front?

I am very much hoping that Duncan will be developed here in Australia and the majority of the off take will be from new industries based in Australia processed at Port Pirie and developed by companies located at the South Australian Technology Park Adelaide is a start?

I do believe once we get Duncan operational, LYC is going to be a serious Gem in the Rare Earths game. I would not be to surprised if LYC does not engage in Take over activities once it’s producing at Nameplate capacity. Just another reason for long term holding of Lynas :)

Totoly don't worry, I've had my morning aperitif cocktail of humour and caustic soda.

    Mrs Om

    Lovely day to all :)
