The question remains ...could the SA Govt ever have the forsight to facilitate by whatever means the development of this new industry in SA....That ,given the ridiculous napoleonic fervor with which every nincompoop in Govt has their self validating point of view and restrictions to orchestrate...we will see. God klnows the flow on effect that Duncan would have over years to any state that embraced this company.
