I fully concur with your opinion. This continuous UN-disclosure policy of NC is both illegal and stupid.
Good news relevant to real developments in production are not ramping but justified and required disclosure.
Reading other posters here who object to disclosure and justify this policy as "ramping" makes me understand from where NC gets his strange Public Relations approach.
I hope this will change soon when EN takes the helm.
