First of all, what has been stated by deutche bank is "old news" which was flagged and publicised by Lynas earlier this year
What you should get from this is that Lynas is going to officially announce completion of constuction of Plant 2 before the end of this month (98% complete) and all samples needed to satisfy suppliers has been sent to them
