The one issue I'd have is with their COP figures which are clearly aboue the numbers given by EN at the last quarterly. (Where he also stated that Lynas could make a profit at current RE prices, ie a bit above current prices.)
Wasn't COP $18-19 phase 1 only, $14 or so both phases and everything covered except Sydney?
And of course a bit more while getting to steady state.
