I would add that because Lynas has shutdown Mt Weld Concentration Plant Ph1 and Ph2 that their cop is very very low at the moment especially under 11kt regime, cop is not the issue, RE prices are the issue and these are turning, Nd/Pr pricing and demand is the key for Lynas short term turnaround.
