Deutsche Bank 21-Feb-12 TPG has confirmed that Billabong's sale of Nixon has not affected its $3 bid albeit the bid remains conditional. While $3 looks like a good price for BBG to accept today, it was higher than that only a couple of months ago and hence the broker thinks TPG will have to pay more.
