exactly...the fact that TPG are already creeping onto the register to me implies that $3 should be the minimum floor on the share price....with the upside coming most likely from a rival bid potential.....!

ALso Billabong is surely a better buy then Pacific Brands on every metric and is similarly priced so i hope KKR also run a ruler over BBG...
