Martin Lambert, of the Mackay Chamber of Commerce, says Queensland is witnessing a resurgence in coal exports. He claims it is either the second round of the coal boom or a new phase of demand. Queues off the Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal are returning to record levels, while the Port of Gladstone may have been experiencing record exports in recent months.
