Sav, as I read the ann. DBZ as at 12th May,held 2,026,278 FPO's in CTP..If you add todays issue of 3,333,333 to that,I get 5,359,611 currently held by DBZ and that is only 2.27% of the total of 235,770,946 FPO's on issue at present.

Total shares issued to DBZ is 16,666,665 or 7.1%..
It would appear that they have sold some 11,307,054 shares or 4.83%...

The interesting question is who holds those shares now? Individual investors or a major???

DBZ have yet to convert their remaining issued 50 bonds for a further 3,333,333 FPO,s........
