Got an update from Leigh a while ago haven't had a chance to update to forum although thought it may be of interest,

My Questions his responses, (received on 5th September)

On February 23rd 2016 in an announcement to the ASX DigitalX stated it had signed an MOU with a Mexican Payments Partner, has this progressed passed the MOU stage to a signed partnership?.

There appears to be some confusion surrounding the language used in the Preliminary Final Report released on the 31st August which stated,

"DigitalX also signed a partnership during the year with a leading Mexican-based payments provider to expand the use of the AirPocket App across Mexico."

We expected this to have progressed faster than it has but both parties are still eager to work together and we will make an announcement once we have agreed to terms on this deal. "

Has DigitalX had discussions with or are you considering appointing Mr Jorge Nicolau as the Executive Chairman of the company?, is he still involved with DigitalX in any capacity?

"We are in discussions with Jorge about having a larger role with AirPocket but the role of Executive Chairman of DigitalX Ltd has not been discussed."

Have Management considered purchasing shares on market in order to instil confidence in it's shareholders?

"With the number of partners being finalized it wouldn't be appropriate to purchase during this process. We certainly see incredible value at these levels! "
