PlanB on twitter has the best stock to flow models for bitcoin. In fact he discovered BTC behaves like Gold and PM's in this regard, stock to flow.
The guy is anonymous on account of his profession (Dutch hedge fund manager... or asset manager - i forget.... in control of 100+ Billion Euro fund). The fact that bitcoin is still on the periphery and not mainstream accepted on account of the annoying and lingering false narrative that it is a "drug dealers money" for illicit activity has meant that PlanB chooses to remain anonymous lest he risk his career.
