Remember that they have 1M receivables at the end of last quarter. I don't think the company will raise cash before the second Telco partner is announced which means that they will be raising at a much higher price than 9.8c especially if the next partner is América Móvil.
I will sell some of my holdings to you at 20c later after the announcement.
