I think the court case has no bearing whatsoever on our current price. The claims have no basis (as Digital X believe and have stated)
What will provide a big boost would be...
- Progress update regarding JV with DXAmericas and the clients they have secured to work with
- FutureEdge Capital update
- Digital X's Asset Management division - announcement of potential international investors
- Coincast TV deal
