DCC Fair Value

Gents (and ladies, if any on this forum , ),

The SP for DigitalX recently peaked at ~ 43 cents, whilst we've witnessed a large decline over the past five days: the SP has gone from 38 cents on 17th January to 26.5 cents as of yesterday's close. That translates into a ~ 30% decline.

Bitcoin has stabilized over the same period, and somewhat recovered from a low of just below 10K USD, to just above ~11K USD - so I fail to see a strong link to Crypto's per se.

Therefore, I am a bit worried about what the market is telling us. It is just before the quarterly, and as per Leigh's interview with Nugget, and as per the very bullish AGM, the SP slide doesn't fit in with these bullish outlooks.

I would have expected the SP to hover around 40 cents, with some significant upside should the Quarterly contain any positive news re AirPocket, or any other positive surprises. Instead, we're back in the 20s, and the momentum doesn't look great.

Could anyone please provide any thoughts or further insights regarding the recent SP behavior?

My only thoughts are that the recent announcement by BTCS about Blockchain Global struggling with audited financials, could have some pull-down effect on DCC here. Otherwise I am at a loss.
