The only thing bad I have to say about DCC is their lack of availability. I have called the office more than enough times, not once have I ever been put through to anyone. excuses include the old favorite "in a meeting" but also "whole team at lunch" and "gone home for the day" (was before 4pm). On a plus side, if this is all genuine they work there butts off including going home early to get away from the distractions of the office to continue working.
Also find it weird that they have a single phone for both Mpire Media and DigitalBTC - the lady answers it as Mpire Media??? Is there any logical reason why they wouldnt have two phone lines to add some professionalism. Imagine if I wasnt already an investor, I would think well obviously they dont care too much about DigitalBTC... That is the image that is given to me anyway, and if I think that I know I am not the only one.
I dont usually have a rant but this is doing my head in seriously.
fundamentals of DCC remain strong, no denying of that.
Also top 20 own 76% - I am assuming that can only be a good thing as limited available shares for us.
