I agree Gutnick is a bit a pain but he will not be running this company so it should not be a problem. If anything he probably wants the company to succeed on a share appreciation level more than anyone else for his financial position.
If Gutnick was going to be a director then I would be worried but he is just an ordinary shareholder like anyone else.
I rkn once DCC directors gets voted in, would be more than enough to send the SP going. Heres holding.
