Yeah - OK got that - however these are non current liabilities involving leases - which is arguably different to outstanding money that has to be repaid to the bank. But you are right. It needs sorting.

Fact remains that data centres are traditionally capital intensive. Again, NextDC have raised a heap to get where they are today. Obviously Melbourne hasn't proceeded. Here's hoping they can organise an anchor tenant since COVID has anecdotally brought the industry forward ~ 3 years.
