Great work CD. I don't have much to add to that valuation or your notes. $6-$8 if we go it alone is about right (fair value $2 today). I also think the Korean deal supplier margins would be decent given that we gave them that region. From a speculative point of view, if it's a buyout then you are looking $10+ to satisfy future earnings and that where I hope Loveridge/Duthy shine. The ace up our sleeve is Sinclair and the second stroke indication which you just know that she has something cooking given she is the global expert in this field/drug. For that I won't put in a guess for the SP as it's blue sky field.
