Ran some numbers on Myer and it still appears to be at a decent discount at $0.88 per share (roughly 40% disocunt) to estimated intrinsic value of $1.24 per share. I used pretty conservative figures, only 0.2% growth rate in revenue and for terminal value (basically no growth to factor in some loss of sales from amazon ). To me, it is still offering pretty good value but thats just my opinion. If you got in low $0.80 then you have some decent upside. Table attached below for reference.
